Grange Meat Returns Policy

At Grange Meat, we are committed to providing the highest quality fresh meat and butcher products to our customers across Melbourne.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

If there is an issue with your order — for example, if you believe you have received the wrong item or if a product is not up to the standard you expected — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at onlineorders@grangemeat.com.au or (03) 9417 2689. We may require photographs and a description of the issue to help us investigate.

Where appropriate, and at our sole discretion, we may offer a refund, store credit, or replacement.

Important Notes:

  • Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • We are unable to accept returns due to change of mind.
  • Products must be kept refrigerated or frozen as appropriate after delivery; we cannot process claims where storage conditions were not followed.
  • We reserve the right to decline a refund, credit, or replacement if we reasonably believe that the product has been misused, improperly stored, or if the issue falls outside of our responsibility.
